Garlic Scape Pesto

  • 1/8 # garlic scapes

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese

Chop scapes into 1/4 inch pieces. Place in blender or food processor with olive oil. Remove to bowl and stir in parmesean.  Serve on bread, potatoes, pasta, cauliflower, or as a dip.
